Welcome to the website of Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. (“Mason's Ink”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the website masonsink.com or booking services with our studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or our services.

1. Tattoo Services

Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. provides professional tattoo services performed by experienced tattoo artists.

All tattoos are custom artwork created based on the client’s concept and the artist’s interpretation and style. Because tattooing is an artistic process, the final design may vary slightly from reference images or concepts provided by the client.

Our artists reserve the right to refuse any tattoo request that:

  • Is unsafe or medically unsuitable

  • Is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal

  • Violates intellectual property or copyright

  • Cannot be executed to a professional standard

2. Booking and Deposits

All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure the booking.

Deposit terms include:

  • The standard deposit is 30% of the total tattoo price

  • Full-day appointments may require 30% deposit per day

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are non-transferable

Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be offered to another client.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • A minimum of 72 hours notice is required.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once without losing the original deposit.

If a new appointment date is not booked within 7 days, the deposit may be forfeited.

Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend appointments may be required to pay a larger deposit (50%–100%) before future bookings are accepted.

4. Design Agreement

By paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have clearly communicated their tattoo idea to the artist.

Clients are encouraged to review the artist’s portfolio before booking to ensure the style aligns with their expectations.

Minor design adjustments may be made before the appointment. However, significant design changes or requests for a completely new drawing may require a new deposit, as drawing time has already been invested by the artist.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must inform Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. of any medical conditions that may affect tattooing, including but not limited to:

  • Skin conditions

  • Allergies

  • Blood disorders

  • Pregnancy

  • Medical treatments that may affect healing

The studio reserves the right to refuse service if tattooing may present a health risk.

Tattooing will not be performed on sunburned, damaged, or infected skin. If a client arrives with sunburn, the appointment may be rescheduled.

6. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.

Valid identification may be required prior to the tattoo appointment.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is necessary for the successful healing of a tattoo.

Clients will receive aftercare instructions and agree to follow them carefully.

Complimentary touch-ups may be provided if an issue occurs due to an error by the artist. However, additional charges may apply if problems occur due to:

  • Improper aftercare

  • Sun exposure

  • Scratching or picking the tattoo

  • Damage during the healing process

8. Tattoo Portfolio and Photography

Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. may photograph completed tattoos for documentation, portfolio display, and promotional purposes.

These images may be used on:

  • The Mason’s Ink website

  • Social media platforms

  • Artist portfolios

  • Marketing and promotional materials

Photographs are typically focused on the tattoo artwork and may avoid identifiable personal features whenever possible.

Clients who do not wish their tattoo to be photographed or published must notify the studio before or during their appointment.

9. Payments

Payments for tattoo services may be accepted via:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit or debit card

  • Other payment methods available at the studio

Final tattoo pricing depends on:

  • Size of the tattoo

  • Complexity of the design

  • Placement on the body

  • Time required for completion

10. Refund Policy

Tattoo services are non-refundable.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a tattoo service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website masonsink.com, including images, artwork, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. or its respective artists.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

13. Changes to Terms

Mason's Ink Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
